Request conditioned entropy or a validation noise proof from the Hybrid-Chain quantum service. Every returned envelope is protected for the account’s registered Transit RSA key and remains opaque to this interface.

The site forwards the request with the existing secure session. Bearer credentials and private RSA material never enter browser code.
Register a Transit RSA public key first. The corresponding private key stays with you and is required after download.

Decrypt noise captures offline before analysis. Passing statistical suites is supporting evidence, not proof of cryptographic security or quantum origin.

Quantum-origin entropy strengthens randomness, but does not by itself make classical RSA or elliptic-curve algorithms post-quantum secure. Production key ceremonies should use reviewed random-bit-generator constructions and standardized post-quantum algorithms where required.
