Security and lifecycle guarantees

Identity stores only canonical market identifiers and membership lifecycle state; live prices, quotes, candles, liquidity, order books, positions, and execution remain in Market Data and the matching engine.
This purpose-driven projection replaces carrying watchlist state inside the V1 user_json object. Responses are no-store.
Existing human sessions must be renewed to receive the newly issued trading:read scope.
