HYBRID-CHAIN

LEGAL · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Use the system.
Respect the boundary.

These Terms govern access to Hybrid-Chain websites, accounts, applications, APIs, developer tools, and platform services.

IMPORTANT

Digital assets, distributed ledgers, self-custody, and automated transactions involve risk. Review these Terms carefully and use the Services only if you understand and accept those risks.

01 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement and scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hybrid-chain.com and any Hybrid-Chain website, account, application, API, developer tool, network interface, documentation, or service that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”). “Hybrid-Chain”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, clicking to accept, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and any additional service-specific terms presented to you. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

02 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility and authority

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement, are not prohibited from using them under applicable law, and satisfy any eligibility requirements for the relevant service. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it.

Services, assets, integrations, and features may not be available to every person or in every location. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful and for obtaining independent legal, tax, accounting, and financial advice.

03 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accounts and security

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of passwords, devices, API credentials, private keys, recovery materials, and authentication factors. You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses authorized user controls, impersonate another person, or transfer an account without permission. We may require identity, authority, or security verification before providing access, processing an instruction, or restoring an account.

04 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Services

Hybrid-Chain provides technology infrastructure and software interfaces for functions that may include wallets, payments, digital assets, markets, data, identity, automation, settlement, and public evidence. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Hybrid-Chain does not act as your fiduciary, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, bank, or guarantor.

Features may be experimental, provided on a test network, or changed as technology and security requirements evolve. Testnet assets have no promised value. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee that any specific integration, network, asset, or functionality will remain available.

05 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Self-custody and instructions

Where a Service is self-custodial, you—not Hybrid-Chain—control the credentials needed to authorize activity. We may be unable to recover private keys, reverse transactions, restore access, or retrieve assets sent to an incorrect or incompatible address. You are solely responsible for safeguarding recovery materials, checking transaction details, and maintaining backups.

We may rely on instructions that are validly authenticated through your account, keys, API credentials, or authorized systems. Transactions submitted to a blockchain or other network may be irreversible and subject to network rules, fees, congestion, validators, forks, outages, or other events outside our control.

06 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • violate law, sanctions, court orders, contractual obligations, or third-party rights;
  • facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, market manipulation, unauthorized financial activity, or deceptive conduct;
  • upload malicious code, disrupt systems, bypass rate limits or security controls, probe vulnerabilities without written authorization, or interfere with other users;
  • scrape or access the Services through automated means except through authorized APIs and within published limits;
  • misrepresent identity, authority, ownership, origin, approvals, or evidence;
  • publish personal data, confidential information, private keys, or unlawful content to a public ledger; or
  • copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by law or a written license.

You are responsible for content and data you submit and must have all rights and permissions needed for us to process them to provide the Services.

07 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Digital-asset and network risks

Digital assets, blockchain networks, automated contracts, markets, and cryptographic systems involve significant risk. Values can be volatile or become zero. Transactions may be delayed, fail, or become irreversible. Protocol defects, forks, governance decisions, attacks, validator behavior, regulatory changes, loss of credentials, and third-party failures may cause loss.

Information displayed by the Services is for general and operational purposes and is not a recommendation, solicitation, guarantee, or promise of future results. You make your own decisions and bear the risks of activity you authorize.

08 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fees, payment, and taxes

Fees, billing terms, network charges, and payment conditions will be shown in the relevant Service or agreement. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge amounts you approve. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, reporting, and other governmental charges arising from your use, excluding taxes based on our net income. Network and third-party fees may change without notice and may not be controlled by Hybrid-Chain.

09 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or connect to blockchains, wallets, exchanges, payment providers, identity services, data sources, websites, software, and other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy, terms, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own agreement and is at your own risk.

10 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Intellectual property

The Services, documentation, interfaces, designs, software, trademarks, and content are owned by Hybrid-Chain or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, and improve the Services. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

11 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookies Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the website. By using the Services, you acknowledge those notices.

12 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account closure may remain subject to pending transactions, outstanding fees, retention duties, and technical limitations of distributed ledgers.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, address a security threat, comply with law, investigate suspected misuse, enforce these Terms, manage unpaid amounts, or discontinue a Service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

13 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, that data will never be lost, that third-party information is complete or current, or that cryptographic or security measures will prevent every incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hybrid-Chain and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, digital assets, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Hybrid-Chain for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 units of the billing currency used for that Service. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hybrid-Chain and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your violation of these Terms or law, your infringement of another party’s rights, or your misuse of the Services. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

16 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, technology, risk, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; otherwise, you must stop using the Services.

17 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

Disputes and applicable law

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Hybrid-Chain agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute by written notice and reasonable discussion, unless urgent relief is needed. Contact us with a description of the issue and requested resolution.

These Terms are governed by the law identified in any service-specific agreement between you and Hybrid-Chain. If no such agreement identifies governing law or forum, applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules will determine the governing law and competent forum. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

18 · TERMS & CONDITIONS

General terms and contact

These Terms and any incorporated service-specific terms are the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior statements on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, transfer, or operation of the Services.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, risk allocation, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive.

Questions and legal notices may be sent to [email protected] or through the Hybrid-Chain contact page.
