Create a purpose-, counterparty-, claim-, and expiry-bound selective-disclosure manifest.

WHEN THIS CALL IS USEFUL

Use after selecting the smallest claim set from a current formal credential and an approved counterparty DID, with explicit subject consent for one stated purpose.

What changes

When promoted, creates a short-lived identity-owned manifest containing claim commitments, consent commitment, recipient DID, purpose, and expiry. It exposes no credential cleartext.

ISOLATION + AUTHORITY

Owner, workspace, counterparty, VASP, credential issuer, wallet controller, transfer, reviewer, disclosure recipient, purpose, and retention boundaries remain distinct. A credential, preparation, decision, manifest, envelope, disclosure, or Explorer record neither moves value nor substitutes for wallet authorization, sanctions policy, rail admission, settlement, or finality.

OPERATIONAL NOTES

Security and lifecycle guarantees

  • Use this after reading the credential portfolio and selecting the minimum claim set required by the current policy. The response never contains claim cleartext or the raw credential.
  • The manifest binds consent to one credential, recipient DID, purpose, selected claim commitments, and expiry. It is not reusable as general consent and does not deliver any data.
  • Exact retries return the original result. Reusing Idempotency-Key with a changed claim set, recipient, purpose, consent, or validity fails with 409.
  • Manifest validity is prerequisite evidence only. It does not approve a counterparty or transfer, authorize settlement, move value, or grant trading authority.
DOCUMENTATION STATUS
